back home. Spending time in a hot country on holiday means you can indulge in plenty of fresh fruit, fresh
salads and juices which is very healthy for your body.

Research shows that the blood levels of vitamin D are lowest in winter months when the sun is hardly out.
When exposed to sunlight the body has the ability to convert vitamin A from the sun into vitamin D. This really
helps strengthen the immune system. Holidays also provides the perfect chance have plenty of sleep. Not
sleeping enough through stress or work can lead to poor performance, premature ageing and even illness,
Holidays are great to get you back on track. Salt water from the sea has the very good benefit of
containing detoxifying properties. Salt is known for drawing out the body’s impurities leaving you feeling
very fresh, Clean and rejuvenated.
